Admiraal.ca is a MLS® property listings search engine for active and sold real estate property listings in Chilliwack and District, Fraser Valley and the GVRD. We continue to expand specific searches and add strata building/complexes pages to the site. We want our site and the properties we have for sale to be frequently found on the internet.
MLS® RECIPROCITY - Cooperating Brokerages.
Local real estate agents, REALTORS®, collect real estate property listings for sale from clients and list these properties for sale on the MLS® (Multiple Listing Service). The listing contracts and data is first checked by the agent, the agent’s Brokerage and then the agents the real estate board for the area the property is listed in. All of this data is collected and exchanged. The data feed is made available to many third party websites like realtor.ca and rew.ca. This same data feed is also available to REALTORS® like Admiraal Real Estate and feeds our site admiraal.ca
IDX - DATA EXCHANGE
Using IDX (Internet Data Exchange): an IDX makes it possible for brokerages, through reciprocal agreements, to display each other’s listings. The DDF® (Data Distribution Facility) is provided by CREA. CREA’s DDF® is a permission-based system that enables broker owners and their real estate agents to push their listings to several third party websites. MLS® refers to a standard or quality of service provided by REALTORS® in conjunction with Boards’ co-operative listing systems.
ADDITIONALLY, SIGN UP FOR VOW - from Admiraal Real Estate
Access to sold data is provided through a VOW Agreement. VOW (Virtual Office Website) from Admiraal Real Estate is a data-sharing service providing password-protected access to enhanced information.
