Introduction to Little Mountain Chilliwack Real Estate

Little Mountain Park and Trails

There is a loop trail system and mountain bike trails on Little Mountain providing scenic forested trails and farmland views. The loop walk may be expanded by including local roads. The trail connects Chartwell Drive to Swallow Crescent and Hillcrest Drive near the Chilliwack Cemetery.

New Development Coming Soon to Little Mountain

The inside scoop, Karvin Developments has been actively preparing a site on Little Mountain called Shannon Heights.  These promise to be good sized modern 2 storey w/basement style homes.  

Little Mountain Preservation Project 

A grassroots initiative aimed at retaining the last remaining private forested areas in North Chilliwack is active on Little Mountain.  The goal is to work with the City of Chilliwack to transform a combination of city and private land into an urban forest park that all can enjoy for generations.
